High-Quality Manufacturing
Thermaxx Jackets are manufactured in the United States using high-quality, state-of-the-art materials. We use heat-resistant threads and jacketing in our regular line of jackets to ensure the jacket can withstand temperatures of up to 550°F. These could also be custom-made to meet higher-temperature resistance requirements.
We also use high-temperature insulation materials – either fully hydrophobic aerogel insulation for box-type jackets or glass mat, type E needled fiber. The components are then sewed together. The insulation interior is actively sewn into the jacket to prevent shifting and keep it in place. The end result is a high-quality, long-lasting jacket that can withstand high temperatures and removal without losing quality or functionality.
