Pyrogel XT

Pyrogel XT is a high-temperature insulation blanket made of silica aerogel reinforced with a non-woven, fiberglass batting. It's known for its superior thermal performance.

Manufactured using 98% pure textile grade silica needle-punched together to form a blanket or felt, e-needled fiberglass custom-cut insulation material comes with high thermal insulation properties. Measuring only 6-11 microns in diameter, they are produced through a special hot extrusion process.

Flexible closed-cell insulation is a type of insulation material that combines the benefits of both flexibility and a closed-cell structure. It is CFC-free and provides flexible elastomeric thermal insulation making it an environmentally friendly choice.

Temperature range: -40°F to 200°F (-40°C to 93°C) | Sheet Dimension: 36” x 48” | Thickness: 1/8” thru 2” in increments of 1/8”

Comes with a specially formulated scrim-reinforced acrylic adhesive and tear-resistant release liner for better durability and ease of installation.
